4. Data Retention

You may request deletion of your personal information from the Service by emailing support@amphealth.com. Upon your request or Service cancellation, we will take reasonable steps to remove your personal information from the active part of our Service. We may retain non-personally identifiable information indefinitely.   

5. Corporate Events

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquirer. We may also transfer your information in bankruptcy or insolvency.

We take reasonable security measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach, we will take appropriate actions as required by applicable law.

You may update or correct your personal information through the Service. We will update your information as requested but may decline impractical requests.

• Social Media Sites: Information you post on social media sites is subject to those sites' policies.   
• Links: The Service may provide links to third-party websites. We do not control these sites' privacy practices and encourage you to review their privacy policies.   
• Location of Servers: Our servers are in the United States. Using the Service from outside the United States means transferring your personal information to and processing it in the United States.   
• Information of Children: The Service is not intended for children under 18. We will take steps to remove personal information of children under 18 if provided without verifiable parental consent.   
• Tracking: We do not track your online activities once you close the Service.   
• Health Information: If we store or process individually identifiable health information on behalf of a covered entity under HIPAA, we will do so as a "business associate" and comply with applicable Health Privacy Laws. If you are not a covered entity and use the Service for personal use, AmpHealth is not a healthcare provider, and your information will not be subject to HIPAA requirements.
